System configurations

The device can stick 4 sides, and choose 1 side, 2 sides and 3 sides freely. The fourth side (FPC side) is manually aided to pack and paste. The products are loading by the customer's previous process, automatically transported through the transfer mechanism, and automatically peeled, reclaimed, aligned, pasted and wrapped. The products are transported and unloading in the flow line.

Core technologies

● Servo motor is used in the subject material transportation, with fast speed, stable action and high precision.

● The stripping station adopts stepping motor and torque motor to ensure stable coil tension and smooth stripping.

● The levelness of the reclaiming mechanism can be adjusted, and the pressure can be adjusted by the precision pressure regulating valve to effectively ensure the pressure stability.

● The whole mechanism has high universality and fast speed in product change.

● High rigidity structure is adopted to improve the overall stability of the equipment.
